No headersIf your workstation becomes unresponsive, do not force it to power off using the power button, as this may cause problems with your media storage. Instead, do this:
- From another computer on your network, open a terminal and type the following command to connect remotely to the Smoke Mac OS X workstation: ssh <user_name>@<Mac_IP_Address>where <user_name> is a user that exists on the Smoke Mac OS X workstation, or an NIS (network) user, and <Mac_IP_Address> is the IP address of the Smoke workstation. You can also use the workstation hostname instead of the IP address.
- Enter your password when prompted.
- When logged into the Mac, reboot it with the command sudo reboot .
