Changes have been made to the Module entrance workflow in the 2012 release of Smoke and Flame. The goals of these changes were to expose all possible options in the interface and make them consitent between modules offering the None and Clear All entrance option.

To enter a Module using the None option, you can either:

    1. Click on the Module button and select the "None" option from its associated popup button
    2. ALT-Click on the Module button. This will automatically select the "None" option
    3. Click on the "S" button when it's the first time a module is visited

To enter a Module using the Clear All option, you can either:

    1. Click on the Module button and select the "Clear All" option from its associated popup button
    2. CTRL-ALT-Click on the Module button. This will automatically select the "None" option.

The modules affected by one or both of these changes are Batch, Action, Text, Gradient and Paint.

In the case of Batch, there is no limit to the number of inputs you can select. This is why you need to terminate the input(s) selection using the "Select Destination" button. The input(s) selection can also be stopped using the CTRL-S (Flame) or CTRL-D (Smoke) hotkeys.

You can of course change all the hotkeys listed above to your liking using the Hotkey Editor.
