No headersSharing Design Review’s application options enables you to export all settings available in the dialog box and application menu as an XML options file. Once exported, you can place the options file in a central location or distribute it by email. Team members and clients can then import the options file ensuring that they have application settings identical to your own.
To export current options
- Click the application button
. The dialog box opens.
- On any tab in the dialog box, click . If prompted to save option changes, click .
The dialog box opens.
- Optional: Navigate to the location where you want to store a copy of the current options file.
- In the text box, type the name of the options file.
- Click .
- To close the dialog box, click .
To import saved options
- Click the application button .
The dialog box opens.
- On any tab in the dialog box, click .
The dialog box opens.
- Navigate to where the saved options file you want to import is stored.
- Select the saved options file and click .
- To close the dialog box, click .
