To navigate the model

Use different mouse techniques to view and move around your model.

Use the following navigational techniques in your Infrastructure Modeler model:

To do this:	Use this technique:
Orbit the entire model	Drag with the left mouse button.
Zoom in and out	Scroll the mouse wheel forward or back
Zoom to a point of interest	Click Look Atin the Tool Strip and double-click the point of interest.
Zoom or pan within the model	Drag with the right mouse button.
Rotate the model	Drag the View Cube in the upper right corner.
Jump to a view	Click the side of the View Cube that corresponds to the view you want.
Return to the original model view	Click the Home icon in the upper right corner. NoteThe Home button does not appear until you mouse over it.
Use the Steering Wheel to navigate the model	Press Shift + W to show or hide the Steering Wheel. To change the centering point for zooming and orbiting, click Center To walk through the model, click Walk on the Steering Wheel. Drag with the left mouse button to change direction. To change the altitude of your view, press the up and down arrow keys on your keyboard. To walk faster, press the plus key on your keyboard. To change the altitude of your view, click Up/Down on the Steering Wheel, then drag with the left mouse button. To look around the model, click Look on the Steering Wheel. Drag with the left mouse button to change direction, or press the arrow keys on your keyboard.
