Probably the most important behavior to note about SteeringWheels is that to use one of the controls, you must click and hold the mouse button. The control is only active while you hold the mouse button. Click and hold Pan , then drag the cursor across the screen. Release the button and the control automatically ends.
The advantage with this behavior is that you do not need any extra motions (like pressing Esc, bringing up a context menu, or pressing the command again) to end the command.
