Add a Caterpillar

    You can add cosmetic weld entities to drawing views in place of, or to improve the documentation of, cosmetic model welds. You can add weld caterpillars and weld end treatment geometry to any drawing view.

    1. On the ribbon, click View tab Navigate panel Zoom Window.
    2. Zoom in on the front view of the as-welded assembly, as shown in the following figure.
