XmlElement design corresponds to the element of the XML document. It allows access to the name, attributes, content, and children.

Attributes
list
Attributes are a flattened 'plist' of name/value pairs (all strings). By default, there are no attributes in the element, and thus the value is {}
Content
string
Content string. The design takes care of the handling of special characters such as '<¡¯, '>' and '&¡¯. Note: Elements with content cannot also have child elements.
