Create a rectangle by selecting to points to define the opposite corners of the rectangle.
Horizontal and vertical constraints are applied to the lines.
Create a rectangle using two points
- Click Rectangle Two Point on the Sketch pull-down.
- Click in the graphics window to specify the first corner.
- To specify the opposite corner:
- Click a point in the graphics window.
- Enter values in the length and width fields then press <Enter>. Click a point to define the position of the rectangle.
- Enter a value in one field then press <Enter> to lock the value. Click a point to define the other value.
- Click a point to begin another rectangle or right-click then select Cancel to end the command.
