Modifying geometry in a 3D sketch works like modifying geometry in a 2D sketch. You can click and drag points to reposition them, and roughly position geometry without entering coordinates.
You can modify geometry when a 3D sketch is not active. Drag points on a 3D sketch at any time like you can on 2D sketch geometry, or right-click a point and invoke the 3D Move/Rotate command.
The changes to a 3D sketch display in a preview while you enter changes by dragging points and using the 3D Move/Rotate command. You can view and understand the effects of your changes before you commit.
