The Quality Management App consists of three primary workspaces:
Corrective / Preventive Action
The workspaces can gather data independently or they can work together to document and track the progress of identifying, documenting, and correcting deviations. For example, users have the option to create a Non-Conformance when an inspection is moved to the “Failed” state. Equally, Non-Conformances can initiate a Corrective / Preventive Action when moved to the “Closed” state.
