How to add your knowledge

Save files, define save options and reminders, and manage backup files and journal files.
To save a file, do any of the following:
- Click
(Save). - Press Ctrl+S.
- On the Quick Access toolbar, click (Save).
If you want to save the current file to a different file name or location, click 
(Save As).
If you are working in a project that has worksharing enabled and you want to save your changes to the central model, click Collaborate tabSynchronize panelSynchronize with Central drop-down
(Synchronize Now). See Synchronizing with the Central Model.
