  when i rotate project north the cooling load calculation not change !!!!
  may be i forget to do any step

  Modification of project North shouldn't have any impact on the load calculations. Project North is about making sure that they layout of the building matches standard drafting conventions. If you want to actually rotate the building you will need to modify true north as described in http://wikihelp.autodesk.com/Revit/enu/2012/Help/Revit_User's_Guide/0140-Prelimin140/0170-Project_170/0173-Rotating173.

  Air changes aren’t generally “found” (but can be calculated after the fact), but are typically more of a design criteria, and depend on the usage of the space. Specifying a prescribed ACH value is one way that a designer may help increase the indoor air quality of a given space. Some spaces, such as offices and homes will typically require a low ACH value, whereas places like some manufacturing environments, or healthcare situations where there may be more contaminants in the air may be specified to have a higher ACH value.
  Mean Daily Range is simply the historical average difference in the high and low temperatures in a given area for the month. These are typically calculated using hourly weather data over a number of years to find long term averages.
