Reference Points

• sandro_abcSun Nov 4, 2012 10:01 amI'm using the 2013 version...I'm trying to use the reference points to create adptaive points and families...but in my revit these points don't appear...don't appear in the template family...when i open the template just appear the reference, the point must be appear like an black spehre how in the tutorials that i'm watching...how can i do to make these points visible??? I tried change de object style but nothing chenage...HELP ME...

  You must be modeling in a generic adaptive family (based on the Generic Adaptive.rft family template) to place adaptive points. See Adaptive Placement Points

• sandro_abcSun Nov 4, 2012 11:20 amI'm using the metric curtain painel pattern based and the metric generic model adaptive...the problem is the visibility of the points...thy don't appear...if i place a point in the model area it don't appear...if i select the region the point is selected, the axis appear, but the black point don't appear it is as if the point was clear... i lost three days trying to solve this problem unsuccessfully.

  I put this point in the template metrci curtain painel pattern based...the points do not appear only the reference all templates that the points should appear are with this problem

  The only thing I can imagine that would cause that is that the visibility of your annotation categories is disabled. Check your Visibility/Graphics Override settings for the view.
  
  If that isn't the problem, it will likely require Revit Product Support.
