Warning: Levels have not been copied yet.
Issue: Many MEP fixtures are level-based. As a best practice, copy levels from the linked model to the MEP project before copying fixtures. See Fixtures Workflow.
Solution: In the Levels Not Set dialog, click Cancel. Copy levels for monitoring. Then copy fixtures.
