Copying an Array

    2. While pressing Ctrl, click and drag an array member to a new location.

    • akrWed Apr 11, 2012 2:01 pmCan an array be itself 'arrayed'? I have tried but do not get the expected results and wonder if there are some guidelines in order to achieve this or perhaps it is not possible?
    • loboarchThu Apr 12, 2012 5:07 amYes, an array can be arrayed. in fact the tool clip video for the array tool shows this action by arraying a row of seating to fill an auditorium. If you are having trouble with this perhaps you could post the question along with some sample images or a sample Revit file to the Autodesk discussion forums where members of the community can see the problem and help with troubleshooting it.
