Summary: Control if the Selection dialog snaps into place when dragged near a corner.
A = 1: (On) = the corner Select List snaps to either top left or top right corner of model view when it is dragged near that corner (default);
A = 0: (Off) = the corner Select List does not snap to a corner
By default, when the Selection List is dragged near a top corner of the Graphics window, it snaps into place. Use this flag to prevent this behavior.
