Summary: Prevent dialogs from changing to transparent after moving the mouse away.
A = 1: (On) = dialogs become transparent when move the mouse away (default)
A = 0: (Off) = dialogs do not become transparent
Many of the dialogs in the User Interface fade slightly (turn transparent) when the mouse is moved away from them. This allows the user to see the underlying model when a dialog is left on the screen. Use this flag to change prevent the dialogs from fading after moving the mouse away.
Note that not all dialogs will fade. Only those dialogs that can be open while selecting items on the screen will fade.
