This tutorial uses the model created in the Truss Tower Model tutorial. If this tutorial was not completed, use Truss Tower.ach in your tutorial models folder.
The vertical and horizontal trusses (Part 1) have a cross-sectional area of 2.79 in2.
The diagonal cross member trusses (Part 2) have a cross-sectional area of 1.67 in2.
All the trusses have a mass density of 7.3395E-4 lbf s2/in/in3 and a modulus of elasticity of 30E6 psi.
The four nodes at the bottom of the tower are fixed.
