Start with the temperature profile from the steady-state heat transfer analysis.
The internal heat generation linearly decreases to 0 over 60 seconds.
After the internal heat generation reaches 0, continue the analysis for another 240 seconds.
The convection loads remain constant at the original values throughout the analysis.
The board and slots have a specific heat of 92.35 Btu/(lbf·s2/in·°F) and a mass density of 1.29x10-3 lbf·s2/in/in3.
