Injection Unit tab

    The Injection Unit tab of the Injection molding machine dialog is used to specify injection unit related properties of the injection molding machine.

    Maximum machine injection strokeSpecifies the maximum allowable injection stroke that can be used on the injection molding machine.
    Maximum machine injection rateSpecifies the maximum allowable injection speed that can be used on the injection molding machine.
    Machine screw diameterSpecifies the size of the injection molding screw on the molding machine.
    Filling controlThe Ram Speed Control Method option specifies the method for controlling the injection ram during the polymer injection stage.
    Ram speed control stepsSpecifies the number of steps at which the ram speed is controlled.
    Pressure control stepsSpecifies the number of steps at which the pressure is controlled.
