Parallel process option (LS-DYNA options)

    Table of contents
    No headers

    Specifies the number of CPUs LS-DYNA can use for parallel processing. The parallel process option must be specified in the LS-DYNA input files generated by the LS-DYNA Interface.

    The default value is Single CPU. You can also choose among options of 2, 4, 8 or 16 CPUs, or choose Specify number of CPUs to enter a different value for the number of CPUs available to LS-DYNA for parallel processing.

    Note Refer to the LS-DYNA documentation for information about its parallel processing options.
