Runner Balance Constraints dialog

This dialog is accessed from the Runner Balance Constraints button of the Runners Properties dialog.

This dialog is used to specify constraints on the cross-sectional dimension(s) of the default or selected runner section. The Runner Balance analysis takes these constraints into account when determining balanced dimensions for the runner system.
