    ** WARNING 98200 ** The mold-melt heat transfer coefficient value in the process settings is outside the expected range. Check the solver parameters and run the analysis again.

    Explanation

    The value for the specified process setting is outside the expected range, meaning that it is either too small or too large.

    Resolution

    In the Process Settings Wizard click Advanced options... and under Solver parameters, click Edit... to open the Thermoplastics injection molding solver parameters dialog. Click the Mesh tab, and change the Mold-melt Heat Transfer Coefficient values.
