Please check the solver parameter settings and, if necessary, rerun the analysis.
In the Process Settings Wizard, navigate to the Profile Settings page and click Advanced options.... Click the Edit... button associated with Solver parameters and change the entry for Heat transfer coefficient between pot and pellet (bottom) to an appropriate value. Then re-run the analysis.
