** ERROR 99091 ** The automatic determination of fill time failed because some areas of the model are very thin. Use the Thickness diagnostic to check the thickness of the part and run the analysis again.

Explanation

Areas with very low or zero thickness were found in the model. As it is not possible to fill these areas, no fill time for the part can be established automatically.

Resolution

• Examine the model and thicken areas which are very thin.
• Click Mesh Mesh Diagnostics Thickness Diagnostic to display the thickness values in the part. Where necessary, specify correct thickness values in the properties of the Midplane or Dual Domain element.
• Specify an injection time manually in the process settings.
