In the Process Settings Wizard, click Advanced Options..., then click the Edit... button associated with Process controller. In the Profile/Switch-Over Control tab, make sure that Absolute ram speed profile by either Ram speed vs time or Flow rate vs time have been selected, then click the Edit profile... button associated with Filling control. In the Filling Control Profile Settings dialog ensure that all entries are greater than zero.
