Explanation

The boundary element solver could not converge to the solution for the present input conditions. This usually occurs when there are many integration warnings i.e. "elements too close" warnings. This warning message is allowed to appear 3 times before the analysis aborts with an error message. In some cases the inputs do not allow a converged solution and the network parameters needs to be updated before a converged solution can be reached.

Resolution

• Resolve previous errors in the cooling system.
• Set a longer cycle time.
