Explanation

After considering various gating locations within the part, the injection pressure and/or clamp force required to fill the part was found to be greater than the maximum allowed values specified in the gate location advanced options and the injection molding machine properties. The part is too thin to be filled from just one injection location with the currently selected material.

Resolution

• Increase the maximum design injection pressure in the process settings.
• Increase the maximum design clamp force in the process settings.
• Select a different material.
• Set an injection location manually, then run the Gate location analysis to find a second injection location.
• Set all injection locations manually.
