You have selected an analysis sequence where a Stress analysis follows a Warp analysis. The predicted part deflections from the Warp analysis, and the predicted residual stresses in the part, can only be used as input for the Stress analysis if no thermal loads have been applied to the part and a large deflection Warp analysis was run. The Stress analysis was performed on the original part geometry.
