A specified minimum number of tetrahedral refinement layers was not found in the study file. This can happen when a mesh created externally is imported into Synergy and analysed without being re-meshed. It is recommended that the part is re-meshed in Synergy so that the desired number of tetrahedral elements through the thickness is specified and therefore enforced, to ensure acceptable accuracy.
