A node from adjacent insert tetrahedron and part tetrahedron elements at the part-insert interface are either inside the opposing element, or a substantial distance from it. This leads to poor element matching and a poor heat transfer simulation through the facets, which in turn can lead to solver convergence problems or poor quality results.
