    Explanation

There is a problem with the mesh orientation. In a Dual Domain mesh, all elements must be oriented so that the top side faces outward.

There is a problem with the model, and it cannot be processed by the analysis solver.

    Resolution

Use the Mesh Diagnostics and Mesh Repair tools to find and fix the element orientation errors, then start the analysis again.

Access the Mesh Diagnostics tools on the Mesh tab File:Simulation_Moldflow/enu/2013/Help/Adviser/2076-Error_an2076/3454-Solver_m3454/ac.menuaro.gif Mesh Diagnostics panel. Access the Mesh Repair Wizard and other Mesh Repair tools on the Mesh tab File:Simulation_Moldflow/enu/2013/Help/Adviser/2076-Error_an2076/3454-Solver_m3454/ac.menuaro.gif Mesh Repair panel.

NoteTo open the Mesh tab, click Home tab File:Simulation_Moldflow/enu/2013/Help/Adviser/2076-Error_an2076/3454-Solver_m3454/ac.menuaro.gif Create panel File:Simulation_Moldflow/enu/2013/Help/Adviser/2076-Error_an2076/3454-Solver_m3454/ac.menuaro.gif Mesh.

You can attempt to diagnose and correct errors in the native CAD model, then attempt to import the model again. If the problem persists, contact Technical Support.
