I do not see "Tube and Pipe" in the Begin panel. I see "Inventor Studio" and "BIM Exchange". I am running Autodesk FDSP 2013. If this feature is not a part of this software package, how do I add it?
I don't quite get what we're doing with the lock pins. I would think the pins should connect the base to the cylinder but the way we are constraining them puts the pins completely inside the cylinder
I can still freely rotate the piston, causing an interference with the hinge. Did I miss a step? Were we supposed to somehow constrain the rotation of the piston rod?
Thank you for your response, Paul. I used the 3-point arc command as the other ones did not seem to work (they did not follow the projected curve). However, when I dimensioned it a reference angle dimension of (0.00) was created.
I used the chair in the factory assets under architectural > furniture and after sending it to inventor it is still in 2D. When I manually import that same asset in inventor to try and overlay it over the 2d version, I can't figure out how to align it.
