You can define the following properties for concrete materials on the Appearances asset in the Material Editor.

| Color | Color of the render appearance for the concrete. See Specifying a Render Appearance Color. |
| Image | Controls the base diffuse color map of the material. The diffuse color is the color that an object reflects when illuminated by direct daylight or artificial light. |
| Sealant | Substance used to seal the surface. |
| Finish Bumps | Texture of the finished surface. To define the finish using an image, select a predefined image, for example, Stamped/Custom. See Specifying an Image File for a Render Appearance. |
| Weathering | Discoloration due to weather. To define a weathering pattern using an image, select Custom. See Specifying an Image File for a Render Appearance. |
