To change the type properties listed below, open a view of the desired type, and on the Properties palette, click Edit Type.

| New views are dependent on template | When you specify a value for , select the check box if you want the view template to define the View Template property for new views. This setting ensures that future changes to the template will be applied to views of this type. Clear the check box if you do not want future changes to the view template to affect existing views. |
