Changing Energy Settings for Selected Zones

When performing an energy analysis on a conceptual model, you can change the space types and condition types assigned to one or more selected zones.

1. Open a view that displays the conceptual mass model.
2. Click Model tabEnergy Model Display panelShow Mass Zones.

3. Select one or more zones.
   TipPlace the cursor over the edge of the desired zone, press Tab one or more times until the desired zone is highlighted, and click to select it. To select multiple zones, press and hold Ctrl while selecting individual zones.
4. On the Properties palette, under Energy Analysis, change the values for Space Type and Condition Type.

When you simulate the conceptual model, the resulting analysis uses the assigned space types and condition types for the selected zones.
