I start to receive error dialogs when editing Items or Change Orders

Symptoms

When working with Items and Change Orders open for editing I am experiencing error dialogs popping up and am not able to save my edits to the Item or Change Order. If I try to edit the Item or Change Order afterward I receive an error that it is locked for use and cannot continue my edits. 

Resolution

This problem may be due to the IIS recycling settings on your server. When IIS is set to recycle too often the connection to the server will be interrupted and errors may occur. To check your IIS recycling settings:

1. Start IIS Manager
2. Select "Application Pools"
3. Right click and select "Recycling..."
4. Check the "Regular time intervals (in minutes)" setting
   1. Vault's default setting is 1740
   2. If your setting is much lower you may want to consider raising the value to the Vault default value of 1740
