    We provide a variety of Apps for Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) management of products as well as incident reporting.  These Applicaitons will help keep your operating equipment in order.

    App Title Description
    Material Management Materials management can deal with campus planning and building design for the movement of materials, or with logistics that deal with the tangible components of a supply chain. Specifically, this covers the acquisition of spare parts and replacements, quality control of purchasing and ordering such parts, and the standards involved in ordering, shipping, and warehousing the said parts.

    Maintenance Planning A good maintenance plan provides an organized and disciplined approach ensuring a high level of manufacturing system availability. It also ensures that the system operates as efficiently and safely as intended. The scope of a maintenance plan includes the overall manufacturing system and it’s interaction with other ongoing activities, particularly production scheduling.
    Archiving / Storage Inventory As product development comes to a close, many of the important physical artifacts from the development process are archived into storage. This could include early prototypes, fixtures, tools, etc.
    Capital Asset Tracking Used to tack and maintain capital assets
    Request Solution A general IT style request management solution. There are many of these applications in the market place, but a simple solution could prove to be useful for many customers.
    Valuable/Restricted Item Distribution and Tracking Within an organization, certain items/substance my need controls on how they are used or distributed within an organization. Used with a workflow, requests, movement, and consumption of these items can be controlled.
    Capital Request Form Many companies have specific criteria for the purchase, acquisition of capital assets.
    Time Zones A list of time zones, content
    Environmental Compliance A solution to help facilities people track and understand artifacts that affect their environmental compliance initiatives.
    Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP)
    Disaster recovery planning is a subset of a larger process known as business continuity planning and should include planning for resumption of applications, data, hardware, communications (such as networking) and other IT infrastructure.
     
    Types of measures:
    Preventive measures - These controls are aimed at preventing an event from occurring.
    Detective measures - These controls are aimed at detecting or discovering unwanted events.
    Corrective measures - These controls are aimed at correcting or restoring the system after a disaster or an event.
    Material Safety Date Sheet (MSDS) OSHA's Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) specifies certain information that must be included on MSDSs, but does not require that any particular format be followed in presenting this information (see 29 CFR 1910.1200 (g)). In order to promote consistent presentation of information, OSHA recommends that MSDSs follow the 16−section format established by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standard for preparation of MSDSs (Z400.1).
    License Management Particularly useful for software license management, but could include any license management needs.
