The Revit.INI file is used by Revit during startup to control how Revit should be configured upon opening. In Revit 2012, this INI file is part of a user's Roaming Profile, located in a path similar to:
C:\Users\{user name}\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit Architecture 2012
In prior Revit releases, this file was located in the Program folder:
C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Revit Architecture 2011\Program
